About Cerebellar syndrome

This disorder describes a collection of symptoms that result from diseases of the cerebellum. The cerebellum is located at the base of the skull and controls coordination, balance, and equilibrium.

Symptoms

Incoordination, clumsy gait, tremors, visual problems, speech problems.

Tests & Diagnostics

A history and physical exam will be performed. A CT scan or MRI will be taken to determine the cause of the syndrome.

Common tests: CT Scan, MRI.
