Fatigue, insomnia and other symptoms that occur with crossing time zones. This disorder occurs because of the disruption of a patient's circadian rhythm. The following conditions increase the risk of getting jet lag: drinking alcohol, caffeine use, becoming dehydrated on the trip, and flying across multiple times zones.Symptoms
