Anxiety that persists or frequently recurs defines an anxiety disorder. Anxiety is a sense of fear or apprehension accompanied by some or all of the following signs: muscle tension, restlessness, palpitations, rapid breathing, jitteriness, suspicion, confusion, decreased concentration, or fear of losing control. This reaction may occur as result of a real or perceived danger or stressor. But it might occur without any clear reason. An episode may be brief or long lasting. The symptoms may go away and return repeatedly.Symptoms
