Editorial Policy
Who this is for
Everyday readers who want a clear, honest summary of what research says about natural remedies, herbs, supplements, foods and traditional practices.
How pages are built
Each page draws on published research and reference sources. We separate what studies in people have found from lab or animal findings and from traditional use, and we say which is which.
How we rate evidence
We use plain labels: Strong, Good, Mixed results, Limited, Very limited, Not enough, and Evidence against. The label describes how strong the research is, not how well something will work for you.
Safety first
Pages list side effects, who should be careful, and known medicine interactions. We say when to see a doctor.
Use of AI
We use AI tools to help draft, organise and illustrate pages, including some pictures. Pages are checked against the sources and our safety rules before they are published. Illustrations are pictures, not photographs of specific products.
Corrections
If you find a mistake or something out of date, tell us through the contact details on this site and we will review it.
