Lung heat cough, qi counterflow with rapid asthma , stomach heat vomiting, heat vexation and thirst.

1. its decoction inhibits the growth of staphylococcus aureus in vitro.2. its saponins exert an expectorant effect.3. inhibiting the influenza virus.
